He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Willey and Frieda Willey (Roeder); and his sisters, Margaret Norland, Mildred Larson and Jane Willey.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda A. Willey (Gall); his stepchildren, Tim Cox (Karissa) of Amelia, Ohio and Christina Cox of Georgetown, Ohio; his stepgrandchildren, Destiny of Georgetown, Dylan Cox of Georgetown, Megan Cox of Amelia, Emme of Winchester, Ohio and Allie Cox of Winchester, Ohio; his stepgreat-grandsons, Benjamin and Foster Yelton; and his sister Shirley Zepeda (Ray) of Ft. Worth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
