She is survived by: her husband Arlis Birchfield (Curly) of Georgetown; her children, John Workman (Annette) of Georgetown, David Workman, Lisa Turner (Randy) of Georgetown, Tonya Birchfield, Frankie of Newark, OH and Heidi Pennington (Dave) of Newark, OH; and her siblings, Bill Barber (Tulane) of Mt. Orab, Ruth Kerr of Mt. Orab and Rosie Eversole (Ernie) of Mt. Orab. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
