He is survived by: his mother Ruth Litzinger (Courts) of Georgetown; his siblings, April Mullins of Cold Spring, Kentucky and Randy Mullins of Georgetown, Ohio; his half-sister Amy Mullins of Florida; his stepbrothers, Randy of Florida and Merrill Taylor of Florida; his brother Andrew Mullins of Florida; his nephews, Gregg Mullins (Tammy) of Georgetown and Quinton Mullins of Ripley, Ohio; his niece Shana Mullins (Justin Sears) of Cincinnati; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton Mullins, Ashley Mullins, Nolan Sears, Maxwell Mullins, Austin Mullins, Jennifer, Jackie, Amy, Monica and Clint.
