He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orin and Loretta Anna McWilliams (Hook). He is survived by: his wife Teresa McWilliams (Rice); his daughter Anna K. McWilliams; and his sisters, Marilyn Jean Caudell (Daniel) of Mt. Orab and Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Peters (Conley) of Lancaster, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends; extended family.
