He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Willard and Vivian Day (McKenzie); and his siblings, Patricia Ann Shelton and James Daniel Day. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosalie Linkous of Georgetown, Ohio, Clarence Day (Cindy) of Rogersville and Kenny Day (Judy) of Georgetown, Ohio; and his grandson Jeremiah Lawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
