He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thurman and Dollie Lucille Moore (Davis); and his siblings, Roy, Paul Moore and Mary Bealer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore (Bohl); his daughters, Nicole Hamilton (Scott) of Sardinia and Mylinda Sams (Adam) of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler Winterod (Bethany Haynes), Cassie Winterod (Austin Moon), Madison Sams and Corbin Sams; and his siblings, Ernie Moore of Georgetown, Ohio, Mildred McKinley of Mt. Orab and Dottie Marck of New Richmond. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
