He is survived by: his children, Christian M. Greene (Cher) of Springboro, Chad S. Greene of Centerville and Bethaney A. Vivian (John) of Morrisville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ashley Greene, Drew, Ellyse Naylor and Jay Vivian; and his sister Patricia Lemmen of Jacksonville, Florida..
