She was predeceased by: her father Edward Fields; and her children, Stephanie Howell and Zachary Howell. She is survived by: her mother Mabel "Cookie" Apgar of Georgetown; her stepfather Edwin E. Apgar of Struthers, Ohio.; her son Joseph Howell of Newport, Kentucky; and her brothers, Tony Sams (Shawna Grubbs) of Mt. Orab, Geno Apgar (Cayla) of Independence, Raymond Apgar (Kelsey) of Blanchester and Sam Apgar of Georgetown, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
