She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Burbage and Marquerite Burbage (Dawley); her husband Leonard Planck I; her children, Leonard Planck II and Paula Burbage; her grandsons, Matthew Planck and Austin Planck; and her sisters, Betty Koehler and Joyce Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Tony Planck (Tammy) of Sardinia; her grandsons, Leonard Planck III of Russellville, Jordan Planck of Russellville and Jacob Planck (Madison) of Amelia; her great grandchild Hallie Planck; and her sister Linda Sexton of Georgetown. She is also survived by many nephews and extended family and friends.
