She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Richard and Bessie Fiscus (Hensley); her husband David Lee Shouse; and her sons, Tracy Lee Shouse and Keith Shouse.
She is survived by: her brother Rickey Fiscus of Georgetown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Zach Shouse of Georgetown, Katrina Shouse of Georgetown, McKenzie Shouse of Georgetown, Keirsten Shouse of Amelia, Katelynn Lawson of Amelia, Matthew Warman of Bethel and Christopher Warman of Williamsburg, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Flanigan, Iva Rose Wisby, Evalee Lawson, Raelynn Lawson, Oaklynn Warman and Levi Warman.
