She is survived by: her children, Barbara Johnson of Dayton and Jerry Johnson of Felicity, Ohio; her grandchildren, Philip, Anthony and Amanda Johnson; and her great grandchildren, William, Donivan, Ariel, Addison and Rickey Johnson.
