He is survived by: his parent Mary Swearingen (Swearingen); his significant other Marilyn Bowen; his sons, Todd Swearingen of Georgetown, Ohio and Tim Swearingen (Susan) of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Alex Swearingen (Britany) of Cincinnati, Jason Swearingen of Georgetown, Dylan Swearingen of Lebanon and Rachel Hatfield (Kenny) of Georgetown; and his great grandchildren, Syler, Audrina and Ashlynn.
