She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Haverty and Marjorie Koontz Haverty; her husband Joseph Patrick Farrell; and her son Jamie Patrick Farrell. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Evans (Brian) of Milford, Jillian Farrell (James Pirkl) of Tampa, FL and Joseph Farrell (Emily) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Caleb Farrell, Brady Evans, Ethan Evans, Caitlin Evans, Jackson Pirkl and Ronan Farrell; her sisters, Patricia Morrissey of Lockland and Jane Wipper (Ed) of Reading; and her friends, Kim Conrad (Steve), Cindy and Larry Steimle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
