She was predeceased by: her parents, Randell Manning and Hilda Manning (Yazell); her husband William Riggan; and her brother Alden Manning. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Riggan (Vicki) of Florida, Michael Riggan of Georgetown, Randy Riggan of Russellville and Julia Riggan of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandchildren, Leslie Riggan of Australia, Lindsey Riggan of Florida, Rachel Riggan of Russellville, Greg Blank of Georgetown, Daniel Blank of Cincinnati and Lila Riggan of Bethel, Ohio; and her brother Warner Manning of Kentucky. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
