He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Stout (Holbrook); his children, Jonda Fishman (Gary) of West Chester, Jeff Stout (Ginger) of Owenton and Jeremy Stout (Courtney) of Mechanicsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Joshua Fishman of West Chester, Keith Stout of Owenton, Taryn of Mechanicsburg, Presley of Mechanicsburg, Elyott of Mechanicsburg and Judsyn Stout of Mechanicsburg; and also Ray B. Stout of Livermore, California..
