He was predeceased by: his parents, William Seip and Edith Seip (Tumbleson); and his siblings, Thelma Lindsey, Emma Jane Seip, Russell, Marshall, Chuck, Harold and Paul Seip.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Seip (Carl); his sons, Johnny Seip (Nicki) of Georgetown, William Seip (Carrie) of Georgetown and Jeff Seip (Kathy) of Williamsburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Zachary Seip, Jesse Seip, Ethan Seip, Emily Hayslip (Logan), Jefferson Seip (Megan) and Brian Baughey; his stepgrandsons, Josh Oberschlake (Alison), Jeremy Oberschlake (Stacey), Adam Schadle (Jennifer), Adam Griffith (Kristy) and Ben Griffith (Kate); his great grandchildren, Leah Seip, Ella Seip, Autumn Seip, Alyssa Seip and Brooklyn Elizabeth Hayslip; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Payton, Findley, Wyatt, Carter, Braydin, Jordan, Anthony Oberschlake, Pierce, Peyton Schadle, Evie, Calvin, Aiden and Avery Griffith; and his brothers, Earl Seip (Connie) of Georgetown and Donald Seip (Anna) of Georgetown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings will be required.
