He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Hertlein; his children, Paul Hertlein (Barbara), Jean Harvey (Jeff) and Marilee Carroll (John); his grandchildren, Martha Anderson, Tricia McClain (Jerry), Leigh Ann Carroll, John Hertlein (Ahira), Greg Harvey, Kelli Cooper (Zane), Andy Hertlein (Katie) and John Carroll (Elysia); and his brother Ralph Hertlein (Peggy). He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
Instead of flowers, contributions may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church Arnheim or any charity of the donor's choice.
