He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Malott (Dean) of Ripley, Kristina Bender (Chris Rust) of Mt. Streling and Rebecca Moorhead of Georgetown, Ohio; and his siblings, Jim Bender (Fran) of Anderson Township, Ohio, Mary Jane Ollendick of Milford and Eileen Potter of Kentucky. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
