He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret (Holliday) and Bud Forseille (Bonnie Cummings); and his brothers, Ed and Bill Cummings. He is survived by: his daughter Monica Sue Schneider of Fairborn; his granddaughter Laura Cook (Carey); and his great grandchildren, Cole Cook and Emma Cook.
