She is survived by: her wife Sarah Holland; her child Kiley Hitch (Jake) of Fayetteville; her grandson Elexander Shull; her grandparents, Earl and Sharon Temple of Mt; her brother Gary Burkhart of Georgetown, Ohio; and her pets, Millie and Myllough. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
