He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda and Sarah Moore; his brother John Charles "Jack"; his sister-in-law Sue Moore; his sister Linda Glover; his stepmother Alberta Patterson Moore; his wife JoEllen Taggart Moore; his daughters, Samantha Kress (Casey) of Weirton and Gina Moore of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Shana, Julia Kress and Brooklinn Stonebraker; his sister Tammie Bumbico of Georgetown; and his brother-in-law Bill Glover of Adena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
