He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Riley and Mary Jane Dugan (Mangus). He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Smith (Robert) of West Union, Carlene Mason of Georgetown, Anita Winterod of Georgetown, Ohio and Monte Riley (Donna) of West Union. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
