He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. "Jack" and Florence Frost, Sr. (Payne); and his wife Mary H. Frost (Zornes). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Parry of Montoursville, Pennsylvania; his sister Carol Schaich of Georgetown, Ohio; and his stepdaughters, Kelly Latham of Springfield and Nicky Brunner of Hudson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
