James Finley Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram H. Finley and Gwendolyn Finley (Hamblin). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Finley (High); his daughter Teri L. Dunning (George William "Bill") of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandsons, Seth William of Georgetown, Ohio and Ethan James Dunning of Georgetown, Ohio; and his siblings, Vivian Finley of Florida, Ted Maupin (Rosetta) of Loveland and Herbert Finley (Sandra) of Ripley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
