With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Phillips of Georgetown, Ohio, born in New Richmond, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fender and Flora Fender (McMillan); her husband Ed Phillips; her children, Debbie Bolce and Rob Phillips; and her siblings, Billy, Terry Fender and Vivian Lindsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Mitchell (Jeff) of Georgetown, Missy Kirkpatrick (Dusty) of Bethel and Gail Balzhiser (Donnie) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her sisters, Marsha Everman of Indiana and Sue Arwine of Eastgate, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Danny, Christi, Andrew, Zach, Cole, Courtney, Chelsea, Holly, Justin, Ashley, Jessica, Carie and Blake. She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
