He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bradford Kattine and Ruth Kattine Kestel (Thalman); his son Bruce Kattine; and his siblings, Marlene Pittman and Donald Kattine.
He is survived by: his spouse Carol Kattine (Brown); and his children, Tara Lierman (Denny) of Ft. Thomas, Nancy Kattine of Sardinia, Gail Waters (Bob) of Russellville, Teresa Hensley (Greg) of Felicity, Ohio and Bret Kattine (Nancy) of Georgetown, Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
