He is survived by: his mother Donita Cook (VanWinkle) of Georgetown; his siblings, Rodney Cook and Jessica Farris; his stepfather Jack Henry; his grandparents, Robert, Margaret VanWinkle, Harold and Pearlie Cook; his aunts and uncles, Robert Earl, John David VanWinkle, Clyde, Gene, Estel, Garland Cook, Rita Booth, Aleta Thomas, Yvonne Schneider, Bonita VanWinkle and Mary Reid; his brother Harold Cook (Debbie) of East Bend; his nieces and nephews, Cory, Chase, Somer Cook, Hailey Spann, Katie, Joshua Bauhofer, Erika, Garry Cornett, Bradley Poe and Michael West; his uncles, Roy Alan VanWinkle (Deanna) of Fayetteville and Glen Cook (Amparo) of Chicago, Illinois; his aunt Angela Iles (Leroy) of Fayetteville; and his friend Tool.
