He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Carlisle and Patricia May Boyle (Reichardt); and his daughter Leslie Boyle. He is survived by: his children, Jason Boyle (Angela) of Frederick, Dustin Boyle of Georgetown, Ohio and Nikki Barber (Robert) of Mt. Orab, Ohio; and his sister Amber Boyle of Georgetown, Ohio.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
