He is survived by: his wife Jackie Jones (McCormick); his daughters, Betty Jean Johnson of Kentucky, Bonnie and Sandy; his stepdaughters, Jenny Marx of Amelia, Ohio and Jamie Fuchs of Amelia, Ohio; and his sisters, Kathleen Faul (Gale Hamilton) of Decatur, Marlene Truitt (Jack) of Georgetown and Jeanie Caudill (Mark) of Mt. Orab. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
