With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethel M. Carrington of Georgetown, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fithen and Marie Fithen (Higby); her husband Donald Ray Carrington; and her son Donald Ray Carrington, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Micheal Carrington (Vicki) of Georgetown and Jeffery L. Carrington (May) of Georgetown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Stella Blascak (Matt), Austin Carrington (Alexis Smith), Alexandra Truesdell (Connor), Mackenzie Carrington, Quinn Sandlin, Sydney Carrington, Anthony Carrington and Brandon Carrington; her great grandchildren, Carter, Ava, Issac Truesdell, Garrett and Griffin Blascak; and also Ann Latham (James) of Georgetown, Ohio..
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home - Georgetown (204 W State St, Georgetown, OH 45121). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Confidence Cemetery (1196 Mt Orab Pike, Georgetown, OH 45121).
