He was predeceased by: his father Willard Dean Jimison; and his son William Jimison (Billy). He is survived by: his mother Ruby Pauline Jennings (Hamilton); his daughters, Amanda Jimison of Georgetown and Rachel McGuire of New Market; his siblings, Ray Jimison (Nancy) of Aberdeen, David Jimison (Christie) of Winchester, Brenda Souder (Irvin) of Russellville, Beverly Kurtz (Tom) of Middletown, Delores Jodrey of Hillsboro and Mary Lofton (Jimmy) of Pulaski, MS; and his grandchildren, Kiara Jimison, Tryston Downing, Gabriel Downing, Erina McGuire, Teagan Tucker and Diamon Jimison. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
