He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Peterkin (Cahoon); his parents, Norman Peterkin and Fairfax Peterkin (Sherburne); and his siblings, Sumner, Clare and Margaret Wanless (Hendrick).
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Sebastian (Ron) of Georgetown, Cynthia Church (Darwin) of Georgetown, Suzanne Semones (Thomas) of Kettering, Kenneth Peterkin (Suzanne Personette) of Essex and Bengt Ekman (Lena) of Goteborg, Sweden; his grandchildren, Nicholas Sebastian (Christina), Abigail Cain (Matthew), Brian Church, Gregory Church, Molly Semones (SR Tilton), Catherine Fitzpatrick (Kelly), Abraham Peterkin, Emelie Ekman and Linnea Ekman; his great grandchildren, Elsie, Emlyn and Frans; his sister Rilma Duval; and his wife Pat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Hope who greatly aided the family to allow Del to pass in the comfort of his own home or to the Kiwanischildrensfund.org.
