He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Everett and Elsie Mae West (Day); his daughter Michelle West; and his brother Ricky West. He is survived by: his fiancée Christina Turner of Georgetown, Ohio; his sons, Troy Vineyard (Sadie) of Oregonia, Tyler Vineyard of Kings Mills, Eric West of Ohio, Tony Watts (Gretchen) of Carrolton and David Watts (Heather) of Carrolton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Layla, Jude, Carter, Joelle Vineyard, Zachary, Ty and Madeline Watts; and his siblings, Mike West of Ripley, Jeff West of Georgetown, Kerry West of Seaman, Robin West of Sardinia, Barry West of Tacoma, Washington., Holly West of Puyallop and Brenda Michelle West of Georgetown.

During the visitation and Memorial Service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings will be required.
