She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Lee Horn of Georgetown and Tony Curtis Horn of Ripley, Ohio; her grandsons, Nickolas and Jonathan Horn; her siblings, Bonnie Leonard (Jim) of Ripley, Sherri Mefford of Maysville, Kentucky, Jackie of Ripley and James Pollitt of Ripley; and her aunt Dona Rice of Ripley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
