He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard "Bill" Mastin of Covington and Joann McCormack (Adams); his stepson-in-law Robert J. Casey, Sr.; his brother Willard Mastin, Jr.; his brother-in-law Jimmy Burroughs; his wife Gloria Collins (Lutterbei); his stepchildren, Sheri Neal-Casey of Cincinnati and Greg Neal (Sami) of South Point, Ohio; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Casey, Jr. of Cincinnati, Graham and Kate Neal of South Point, Ohio; his siblings, Cheryl Burroughs of Felicity, Peggy Holt (Jeff) of Georgetown, Debbie Sailing (Jim) of Felicity, Tammy Keller (Ron) of Hamersville, Melody Paul of Arizona, Teddy McCormack (Shelly) of Amelia and Angel Mastin of Texas; and his pet Boo Boo. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
