He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Franklin and Mary Eva Starrett (Baldrick); and his sister Mary Parker. He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Starrett of Georgetown, Amanda Starrett of Florida, Rebecca Starrett Hill (Gary) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Carl Starrett of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his sister Paula Young of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by four Grandchildren; three Great Grandchildren.
