Carl Adkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Adkins of Georgetown, Ohio, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Adkins and Berniece Adkins (Rice); his daughter Teresa Adkins; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Hodson, Jack Prather, Neil Fagin and Eva Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Adkins (Lindsey); his children, Julie Kirschner (Joe) of Hamersville, Penny Shaw of Hamersville, Carla Adkins-Grimm (Michael) of Amelia and Dane Adkins of Georgetown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dennis (Kaitlyn) of Amelia, Laike Adkins of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Kali Sassack (Adam), Cody Kirschner, Lauren Smith (BJ) and Sterling Shaw; his great grandchildren, Keller, Nolan, Ariella and Jaxson; and his siblings, Roger Adkins (Connie) of Georgetown, Gary Adkins (Pam) of Hamersville, Ohio, Evelyn Dimmit (Don) of Arizona, Marjorie Hodson of Beavercreek, Janie Prather of Columbus and Billie Jo Fagin of Brookville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
During the Visitation and Memorial Service face masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
