He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton William and Wanda Jean Blevins (Vaughn); and his nephew William "Seth" Blevins. He is survived by: his sons, Brady Matthew Blevins of Georgetown, Caleb Ray Blevins (Melissa) of Batavia, Adam Lee Blevins (Theresa) of Detroit and Jesse Clayton Blevins (Courtney) of Mt; his grandchildren, Taylor Colleen Blevins of Georgetown, Bryce Matthew Blevins of Georgetown, Colton Ray Blevins of Georgetown, Taylor Neal of Mt, Serenity Neal of Mt and Hailey Neal of Mt; his great grandchildren, Jace McKenzie, Mason and Lucas Stamper; and his siblings, Rosie Rau (Jim) of Ashridge, Ohio, Jerry Alan Blevins of Georgetown, Robert Dean Blevins of Georgetown and Steve Wayne Blevins of Russellville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
