She was predeceased by: her husband John Spruance; her son Jim Wells; and her brothers, Delbert Osburn and Bob Osburn. She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Osburn (Wanda) of Mt. Orab, OH, Joe Wells (Gina) of Sardinia, OH, Ruth Egleston (William) of Franklin, OH, Ryan Wells (Mary) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ronnie Spruance (Amy) of Liberty, NC and Rhonda Spruance of Franklin, OH; her daughter-in-law Jo Ella Wells of Georgetown, OH; and her siblings, George Osburn of Warren, MI, Phyllis Schweickart of Clear Water, FL, Delmar Osburn of St. Augustine, FL and Janie Oliver of Alabama. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
