She is survived by: her son Wayne Hibbs (Chasity) of Georgetown; her close friend Colleen Lydon of Georgetown; and her siblings, Wayne A. Hibbs (Mattie) of Midland, Tommy and Joyce Ann Hibbs of Georgetown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Barbara Hibbs Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Bank location to help with funeral expenses.
