He is survived by: his children, Heidi Pennington (Dave) of Newark, OH, Tonya Birchfield (Frankie) of Newark, OH, John Workman (Annette) of Georgetown, OH, David Workman of Kansas City, MO and Lisa Turner (Randy) of Georgetown, OH; his sisters, Maxine Wolf of New Holland, OH, Irene Stasiak of West Union, OH and Juanita Kendall (Jock) of Winchester, OH; and his sister-in-law Mary Birchfield of Sardinia, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
