She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Irene Beall (Shular). She is survived by: her father Samuel Ray McElroy (Margie) of Georgetown; her husband Johnny Ray Smith; her children, Tessa Smith of Cincinnati, Ohio and Johnny Ray Smith, Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio; her siblings, Mark McElroy of Georgetown, Ohio, Kim Hunter (Michael) of Georgetown, Ohio, Mary McElroy of Georgetown, Ohio and Judah McElroy of Georgetown, Ohio; and her stepbrother Andrew Zistler (Bridget) of Columbus. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
