He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. III and Lucille Steven III (Leslie); and his brother Allan Steven. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his son Nathan Steven (Sarah); his sister Carol Saettel (Harry); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Waggoner (Dave) and Mary Steven.
