She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawson Billups and Ruth Mae Billups (Keesee); her husband Klaus-Dieter Herbert Kulicke; her siblings, Isabelle (Billups), Don Whisman, Maggie, Allen Billups, Ella Mae Higgenbotham (Billups), LeRoy Bugger, Jimmy Billups, Danny Billups and Dennis Paul Billups; and her great grandchild Canaan Kulicke.
She is survived by: her sister Pekah Faye Bugger (Billups); her sister-in-law Robin Billups; her nieces and nephews, Dietra Kulicke, Gary Laun, Lisa (Kulicke), Frank Dopkiss, Vicky Kulicke and Ezell Grigsby; her grandchildren, Emily (Kulicke), Colin Nolan, Klaus Alexander, Kate Kulicke, Madison Dopkiss, Michael Dopkiss, Olivia Dopkiss, Steven Hartnagel, Anthony Grigsby, Gabrielle Dopkiss and Sophia Grigsby; and her great grandchildren, Debbie Huff, Lilliana, Everleigh, Klaus Rylan Kulicke, Stella, Piper Nolan, Rain and Bowie Hartnagel.
