She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy Hatfield and Craig Hatfield; her former husband Herb Siewert; her grandson Josh; and her brothers, Billy (Anna) and Willard.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Holbrook; her daughter Donna (Charlie); and her grandsons, Drew (Erin) and Brad (Ashley).
