Cook of Genoa, OH; her children, Jason Henry (Tiffany) of Port Clinton, OH, Ashley Gaskalla (Mike) of Oak Harbor, OH and Kristina Henry of Fremont, OH; her siblings, Holly Bender (Matt) of Fremont, OH and Robert Tolliver (Samantha) of Gibsonburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Xander, Hannah, Ayden, Melinna, Avery, Aryah and Amayla.
