It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Bloomfield of Genoa, Ohio, born in Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Bevens and Carolyn Bevens (Hoover); and her brother Ray Bevens. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Bloomfield; her children, Charlotte Perlaky (Stephen), Leonard G. Bloomfield and Nicole Piotrowski; her grandchildren, Leonard, Jr., Brayden, Chelsey, Aubrey, Averey, Zachary and Jaylyn; her great grandchildren, Dixon and Nova; and her siblings, Joyce Petersen, Christine Pittman (John), Wanda Sexon (Floyd), Richard Bevens (Linda) and Dawn Grooms (Jeremey).
Masks and social distancing will be required at all times.
