He is survived by: his significant other Marylea; his children, Amy Topoleski (David), Douglas Teague (Amy Demick), Alison Earl (Matthew) and David Teague; his grandchildren, Jordan, Maya, Jackson Topoleski, Parker, Teylor, Hunter, Ryder Teague, Madison, Nolan, Ashlea Earl, Ian Teague, Brecken, Asia, Taijen, Titan, Jaxton, Canon and Ryszik Teague; his friend Amber; and his pet Eddie. He is also survived by three brothers.
