He was predeceased by: his father Pedro; his sisters, Sheri Hayes, Leslie Kay and Connie Maynard; his nephew Shilo Conner; his grandparents, Hilaria and Bernabe Cuevas; his cousins, Juan Cuevas, John Phillips, Jr. and Dawn Ferguson; and his aunts and uncles, Lowell Todd, Marie, Joe Urbina, Lupe, Juan Cuevas (Don), Vivian, John Phillips and Marylee Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Cuevas, Justin Cuevas, Jeffrey Cuevas, Julia Cuevas and Jill Cuevas; the mother of his children Jessica Young; his son Chesh Cuevas; his mother Betty Cuevas; and his siblings, Jeff Cuevas (Rhonda), Deborah Maynard and Jeannie Harder (Steve).
