With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lucille M. Gackstetter (Genoa, Ohio), whose life came to an end on January 3, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kreager and Stella Kreager (Lowe); her husband George Gackstetter; her son Bruce; her granddaughter Alyssa; and her siblings, Anges York, Ellen Schulte, Richard Kreager, Edward Kreager and Walter Kreager.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara (Dennis) and Gadda; her sister-in-law Nancy Kreager; her grandchildren, Brian Gackstetter (Wake Forest) and Chase Gackstetter; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, McKenzie, Tristan Gackstetter (Wake Forest) and Addison Gackstetter. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. John's United Church of Christ (1213 Washington St, Genoa, OH 43430). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Lucille may be given to the George, Bruce, and Alyssa Gackstetter Scholarship Fund at Genoa Bank, St. John's United Church of Christ, Genoa, or Allen-Clay Joint Volunteer Fire Department.
